Mobile phone 2nd time faulty

Hi,
I bought a Moto G 3rd generation just this September gone from Motorola UK and it has become faulty in two occassions.
1. Audio problems - Motorola customer service was a pain to deal with but the phone was repaired
2. Screen problems - half the screen in black and I was told by the customer service to have it repaired again.
What are my consumer rights? I was told I'm only entitled for a repair of the phone.
Many thanks

Regarding your rights you were "told" wrong.
Under the Sale of Goods Act you are entitled a remedy, one of repair, replacement or refund. The seller can effectively choose the least costly remedy to them but it should not cause a significant inconvenience and should be carried out within a reasonable period. I'd be arguing that a 2nd repair on a phone only purchased in September is not reasonable and would cause a significant inconvenience.0
