Plug in cardreader with micro USB plug

Can you get a plug-in card reader with a micro USB plug? I want to copy some photos from the SD card in the camera onto my tablet, but the input on the tablet is a micro USB, and al the card readers seem to have full sized UBS plugs..........

Assuming that the tablet does support external USB flash memory, can you not just use a normal card reader, normal-to-micro USB cable and normal male-to-female USB cable/adapter:

Doh stupid me, never thought of an adapter cable!!!

The tablet will most likely need a USB on the go adaptor to get it to work with the reader.

I suspect this might do the job as an all in one cable and reader but i've not used one.

On second thought, this won't work...
It has to be:
micro-to-normal plus normal female-to-female
