Do Karcher attachments fit others

Morning all , hope you all had a nice Christmas break.
I have an Argos pressure washer but last year I borrowed a Karcher one as the person had a round rotating cleaner which cleaned my drive in record time.
Does anyone know if the Argos one will be able to have a Karcher one inserted as the circle bit is on offer at the moment?

If you mean the Vax one in Argos I would doubt it - the fitting looks different - and generally each manufacturer has their own designs to force you to buy their own branded accessories.
