Can you get money out of your bank acc in the Post Office? If so, is there a daily limit?

Tesco and MetroBank springs to mind, unless they are under other operating names.

I suspect you've misunderstood the thread, which is to describe a list of banks which allow their customers to undertake transactions at Post Office Counters. Neither Metro Bank nor Tesco have made such arrangements so do not appear on the list.

Another guy asked which ones don't appear, hence I posted some that didn't appear on the list. Not sure why you felt the need to say I misunderstood something, which I haven't. If anything, you're just trying to be a smart !!!!.
