Help Please!!!

I just found out today (hubby kept it rather quiet! :mad: ) that our Natwest Gold Card is maxed out!!! The prob is that we haven't been spending on it because I made him cut it up to try and get ourselves out of debt. What has happened is that the fraud insurance on it, that he says he had cancelled years ago, hadn't actually been cancelled and the insurance payment was more than the monthly payment on the card, hence we are now at our limit!
I am SO worried about this now, especially as I thought that we were actually getting somewhere in paying this card off!

Can we reclaim these charges back and how do we go about it?

Have you checked your statements?

I find it very unlikely that insurance took the card too the limit,

As for reclaiming charges, the insurance cover you wont have a hope in hell for

Any fees etc may be reclaimable depending on the court case

In the first instance you should get statements and see the balance

As for it happening if what your husband says is true is entirely your own fault for not checking your statements each month
