Who regulates Parcel Monkey?

I had a horrid experience using Parcel Monkey and want to report them for false advertising on their site (among other things). They are totally unresponsive to any contact. Who regulates these third party shippers?

No one regulates them, if you want to report them for false advertising then you will need to contact the advertising standards agency

I would have said that, although if the complaint is as a consumer (rather than a business) Trading Standards may be able to help.

I think you need to explain what happened. There is sometimes a big difference between what really is unfair and what people perceive to be unfair. For instance if I sent a mirror worth £25 by Parcel Monkey thinking if it got damaged I would be entitled to compensation as it offered £25 cover, without fully reading all the T&C's first. That would not be unfair when they told me mirrors were not covered. However if a banner said "SEND YOUR MIRROR WITH FREE £25 COMPENSATION" and they refused to pay out as they do not cover mirrors, that would be unfair.
