Panasonic KX-TG6822eb dialing mode

Hi,
I have purchased a panasonic KX-TG6822eb cordless phone. I am unable to make outgoing calls though able to receive incoming calls. May be the dialing mode to be changed from tone to pulse. Can anyone help me out resolving the issue.

All UK exchanges support tone dialling, so that is not your issue.No free lunch, and no free laptop

Have you tried Panasonic's help section on their website ?
