Pre paid travel card for under 18?

Hi, my 15 year old son is travelling to New York in February with his school and it has been suggested that he uses a pre paid travel card. Does anyone have any recommendations? I have been online to have a look, but this is new to me and want to make sure I make the right choice!

Revolut....and give him your physical card. He can use it at ATMs. Otherwise something like Lebara Money, but that is not nearly as good value.0
