Currys THE WORST SERVICE

I would like to express my ABSOLUTELY DISAPPOINTMENT FROM currys!
1.On 19.12 I order on-line washing machine and I paid for installation and older machine to be collected.
I received confirmation email that washing machine will come on 23.12.
2. On 23.12 I received a phone call from 07903792663. Man said they are coming. I said that my flatmate is at home.
Around 16.00 i call my flatmate - he said that NO ONE came. I call back on this number and the guy said at the same time two DIFFERENT VERSION. The first version was that they came but no one open the door !??
Then I try to call again but no one answer. I use my work phone and I heard totally NEW version -they cant manage to come because they have many orders ???
In my opinion they didn't came at all, they LIE to me and YOUR COMPANY, they were absolutely lazy!!! AND DONT CARE AT ALL FOR CUSTOMERS!!!. I call them again to ask for office number but they said dont call on this number any more
3. Around 6 pm I finish work and I call your office number. After 20 min finally someone answer. I explain the situation your colleague did apologies and told me that they will try to arrange new appointment for 24.12 and someone will call me. She offer refund for installation, but I refuse becouse its not about money, it was about that washing mashine was suprise for my family!
4. On 24.12 I was waiting till 12.00. No one call me or send email. I called again. Your colleague came with new version - my appointment has been made for 27.12 ??? Tottaly upset I said just OK and deside to tell my wife that finnaly on 27 we will have a new washing machine.
5. On 27.12 I was at work hall day. No one call me! Around 11.00 my wife call me and she was very upset. Two men came without notice, and I dont know how to describe whats happen !
Instead of installing the new machine they told my wife that they CAN NOT STOP WATER ???? they left the new washing mashine, they DID NOT COLLECT the old machine and they JUST LEFT THE FLAT ????
All day I was worrying and became very stressed because I though maybe the tape is broken or God know what the problem is. Around 18.00 i came at home and check situation. Everything was FINE - i did install washing machine by myself, I make a photos in case you need.
I can not describe HOW DISAPPOINTED I am for everything that your company did to my family!
Your colleague ruin our Christmastime!
I'm writing this letter because I would LIKE you to investigate this case! In my opinion people like them DONT DESERVE TO HAVE A PLACE IN YOUR COMPANY! If I DO the same in my company I will be FIRED IMMEDIATELY FOR A GROSS MISCONDUCT!
I will be very gratefull if you really make a deep investigation on my case and I am waiting for your answer.

    If you send this to currys I would remove the capital letters. Its a bit ridiculous.

    Op you are going to give yourself a heart attack. Take a deep breath and count to ten. Now calmly contact Currys and without giving yourself an aneurism start at the beginning and let them help you. Good luck.

    The next time you contact currys you should ask them if they can deliver you a new keyboard

    It looks like the caps lock key is sticking on the one you have got now

    Presumably that means they couldn't find the stopcock to switch off the water?

    It seems reasonable for them to not attempt an installation with the water still running, presumably your wife didn't know where the stopcock was? I would have thought they'd expect the householder to know where this is and they probably won't go hunting around your house for it.

    As for leaving the old machine, they couldn't do anything with it if the water was still on, unless you would have been happy for them to leave you with a steady stream of water running through your house.

    Something doesn't add up in the OP's story.

    First he talks about a flatmate waiting in for the installation, and then about his wife.

    Currys missed first planned installation date.
    Offered refund of installation fee.
    Turned up on promised revised date. (On a Sunday as well).

    It's not their fault if no-one at home knew how to turn off the water so that the machines could be switched.

    Aside from all that, how did this ruin Christmas?
