P11D PAYE and Self Assessment

Hi all,
Please be kind as I am very new and inexperienced!
I'm hoping someone here can help me...
My boyfriend had the bright idea of starting up a LLP in July 2014 as he had some big ideas for software development, and asked me to be a designated partner.
We both still work full time whilst we work on this venture.
I am completing our Self Assessments for 2014-15 and one of the questions that has come up for him is regarding P11D as he receives healthcare through his employer. The self assessment calculator has said he owes money due to this benefit in kind, but my boyfriend thinks this is wrong as he pays extra tax for this through his employer.
Can anyone advise whether he has to pay twice due to the partnership, or if maybe I have filled the form in incorrectly?
Any advice or input is welcome!

Private healthcare provided by the employer is treated as a benefit in kind.
Your b/f's employer should have provided him with a P11d that detailed this.
This needs to be included in that employment section of his tax return (not the one for the LLP)
He will not have to pay twice, He should have been taxed by the employer that provided the BiK, but if not then the tax return will show he owes some tax for that benefit received.0
