Partnership Question?

I am in the process of setting up a ebay business with my parents. Spliting all cost and profits 50/50. Currently everthing is set up in my dads name.
Does anybody Know how we need to go about setting up a partnership if we need to and what costs would be incurred?

Thanks Dan

Anyone can set up a partnership at nil cost just by registering with hmrc as such - that's all me and my hubby have done.
I would imagine making everything legal, with % splits etc. would cost a couple of hundred ££s.
