Section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act.

I have a curiosity about Section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act, if I buy something off ebay over £100 using my credit card and it isn't as described or item not received and seller has just done a bunk can I claim under Section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act

Bearing in mind I wouldn't have used paypal to pay, paid straight from credit card

I don't see any problems, but...
If you pay by a card, why can you not use a primitive chargeback instead?
I don't think that you can pay by a card on e-bay.

You can, it's fairly new following eBay and PayPal being split into separate companies.

As far as S75 goes, it's debatable whether eBay purchases would be covered for the same reason PayPal purchases aren't - you're paying eBay, not the seller.

you can but its a pain in the !!!, as like me the order never turned up it refers you to paypal even as their is no transaction there
Don't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.
