I bought an item on BIN on 8th november with estimated delivery of 5-12th december. Item didnt arrive so i messaged seller and they said could i give it a few more days, due to xmas posting. Item still hasnt arrived, so i contacted them again saying i still want the item, could they resend as its obviously gone awol in post. They have replied saying, they will resend if i close the case.
What happens if i close the case? Will i lose the chance to get a refund? Also with shipping times, even if they do resend, im not likely ro receive the replacement within the 30 days from opening of case, so where does this leave me?
Never had these problems before. the one time so,ething did go missing, the seller has sent a replacement after first contact, they ever asked me to wait n see, or progress a case

Do not close the case, once it is closed you can't reopen it.
