I agree Fee - I think it sort of hurts my eyes too, but I'm due an eyetest so that might just be a symptom of that.

Just done some nice easy tasks on clixsense. Managed to get 11 of them and only took about 5 mins for all 11 tasks that I did.

850561 Are These Products Similar Level 1, 3 cents.

Job appears to be simple and works fine. Most questions require the "None" button. However, corrections say we should click the "Neither" button, which does not even exist!

    Steer clear ladies and gents!

They were messing about with science this morning around 9am but its been ok since. Someone else was complaining about issues with submitted tasks crediting but going to an error screen each time.

Can I have a bit of advice please? I've got over 30,000 points on Neobux and am thinking of getting Golden Membership.

Do I have to rent referrals or can I just keep clicking the ads as normal? I really don't understand referrals and don't want to get into something that will end up costing me lots!

    Thanks in advance :)

Well I'm sure there's no obligation to ever rent referrals there.
Might possibly be worth double checking with someone who's still active at Neo but am sure it's your choice whether you rent any or not.

I stopped using Neo when CrowdFlower changed to requiring Facebook login, but before that I did some calculations with my upline who was in the same position... 30,000 points and wondering whether to redeem them for gold membership.
Another friend also looked into it, and we both came to the same conclusion: if you were actually paying $90 for the upgrade it would only be worthwhile if you've got loads of active referrals. Otherwise it wouldn't be anything like worth it.
However, given that points don't seem to be able to be used for much else (certainly they weren't at the time) then it's worth redeeming them for that upgrade because you'd get about $30 or so out of it. That's assuming no referrals and you click the ads daily. Apparently they go up to about 9 of those orange fixed ads, paying a cent each, which is where the main benefit is if you don't have refs.

Thanks dave2319. I definitely wouldn't have spent $90 on gold membership, but seeing as I have the points (and you still can't use them for anything else) I may as well upgrade and get money for the clicks.

Recently they've had literally 100's of mini exposure clicks which has meant I've cashed out 4 times this year. I have it opened in a separate window and get on with other things, otherwise I'd never get anything done ;).

Yes, I kinda thought you were only asking about rented referrals, but added the other stuff just in case it's of any use to anyone.

Glad you're earning well there :)
