    Hi!
I'd like to join the challenge please. I don't have a clue how to do all this but will aim high at £1000.
Where is the best place for tips on selling effectively? (What sells where, best times to list etc)? Also on FB pages how do you arrange sending/ collection and payment.
Hope you don't mind all the newbie questions :-)

jellie - I think that Martin has done guides/pointers on this. Sorry can't give you links as I'm on the tablet, but a search on the site should reveal all!

Count me in too please! I'll aim for £1000.

Just a quick question does it all have to be sold through eBay to count or can I include anything that I sell?

£96.00 sold already via ebay. I have so much to sell, things gathering dust, clothes and shoes never worn.....this challenge has made me go through my house and find everything and anything that could bring in some pennies! Thanks :)

That's great. I'm planning a serious declutter of the entire house starting now and will be selling things by whatever means possible.

I'm definitely going to reach my target :T

Off the mark, only £22.50 and suddenly realised if I want to hit £1,500 I need to £30 every week. Gulp. Oh well I am aiming high and if I miss it doesn't matter. I am aiming for the clear out as much as the money. Last year I got rid of clutter and financed some decoration, new bed and bedding. I have more decorating to do and I would like to replace the shower so lots to do. The trouble with retiring is I have so much more time to look at stuff and want it sorted.

    Good luck everyone.
