You will though by training yourself to look. I didn't ever think I'd find any bank notes but have now found several tenners and fivers. I found a fiver on the high street recently where loads of people passed it by. So keep those eyes down.

Yay! Found my first roadkill of the year! 5p outside the corner shop when I went to buy milk.

Hubby found £1 coin today and then a 20p tonight.
120:0 to hubby.
Total so far for the year: £6.49 (all coins, no notes!)

I am still here,but at the moment,while house renovations are taking place,we are living with inlaws.They have no internet,so I am only able to post fromm public library,and I don't get here very often.
So,let me add up how much roadkill I have found so far.....
3rd: 10p (already mentioned on this thread,at the time)
4th:daughter found 20p and 1p
7th: 10p found in bank (plus 16cents,all obviously fallen out of a pocket when someone stood up from sofa)
14th: £1 coin at local swimming pool,infront of reception desk
20th: 5p on walk to school
22nd:same daughter as above found £1,50p,20p and 1p by lying on shop floor and looking under counter :eek:
24th: 1p

So,so far this month,a total of £3.18.Better than a poke in the eye with a hot stick .
