the old POPLA had problems when it first started with some assessors giving junk replies like you have had .....

any one remember 'Amy ?

it did improve when people complained .........

We still do not know if this new POPLA will improve only time will tell .....

The new POPLA may yet migrate onto the 'ignore' list .........

The only upside is that if this went to court a real judge should see the legal argument ........ and judge accordingly
