Length of licence held question

My question quite simply is with most insurer's when they ask the unction they mean how long have you held your current licence type meaning your provisonal length is not included.
Aviva however do include the length of time of your provisional.
Is there any other insurance companies people can name like Aviva who will include the length of time someone has had their provisional on top of their full licence?
