Perfect Picture Canvas Company - Paid for item but haven't received

I ordered 2 canvases off of this company on 14 December which was the day before their cut off for Christmas delivery. On their facebook page, they said all orders placed on and before the 15th had been shipped and were on their way. Not mine. Still haven't received it and I doubt it's going to come at 8.15pm on Christmas Eve. So a warning that do not use this company.

But I have a question. Aside from Trading Standards, is there anyone else I can report them to?

I've emailed them 3 times now, no response, I've posted on their facebook page and sent them a private message, they have deleted my posts and blocked me, I then posted using my husband's facebook account, they have done the same to him and I called them but get no answer. I'm absolutely fuming because this was supposed to be my dad's Christmas present and I now have nothing to give him.

I wouldn't mind if they emailed me to say that they were mega busy and apologised for not getting it to me before Christmas but not even that. So is there anyone else I can inform about them? I paid on my credit card so I'm assuming I can claim back through this.

Potentially not a scam, maybe poor choice of words. Although they have technically scammed me out of money. I'm just wondering if there's anyone else I can report them to?

Thank you, I also saw that. Will definitely be getting on to my credit card company after Christmas.

I'm just hoping that they're ignoring me because the order wasn't going to get here before Christmas. They were providing other people with tracking numbers but I noticed a few who they didn't.

The seem to use Hermes to deliver so I spoke to them and they told me that the only information they could see was that they do have a package for me but the only thing they know (or can tell me) is that it is from a retailer. He said that they can only give more details if it is sent by an individual? So I'm hoping it's just late and that they have very, very, very poor customer service.

It's amazing what you can find on the internet. I know what is probably his home address, I also know what he looks like as I found him on facebook. Not that I'm a stalker or anything
