Cheapest way to pay money to a bank account?

Anyone have any ideas on what the cheapest way is to make a payment to someone using a credit card?

Unless it is a business that takes credit card payments, I don't think there is one, why do you want to use the credit card, do you not have a debit card ? You can take money out of an atm with your credit card but there will be charges.

For me sending a Paypal gift payment to a friend who withdrew it in cash and gave it back to me was cheaper than withdrawing the cash myself

Sometimes credit cards allow balance transfers to a bank account for a much reduced fee, even for nothing. But these offers are limited to good customers.
