Problems ordering BT Broadband and Landline

Options
I'm trying to order this online and having problems hopefully someone can help me.

I'm going through the order process online and i get to the page headed BT Mobile Sim only and it's giving me the option to select a bt mobile 20gb plan. I don't want this as i already have bt mobile sim only. It won't let me go on to the next page unless I select it though. Anyone got any ideas?

As above that PN are probably going to be better but apart from that it seems you are in the wrong section of the site. Start at http://www.productsandservices.bt.com/products/broadband-packages I just tried this for my phone and postcode and could get through to ordering without any issues.
  • I know BT's customer service is ****. I've discovered that over the last day or so trying to deal with them. Trouble is I'd really like to cast BT sport to my TV via chromecast :)

    Plusnet is OWNED by BT.

    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Plusnet

On 30 January 2007 Plusnet was acquired by BT Group, but it continues to operate as a separate business.

    P.S I'm with Plusnet.
  • Not sure which broadband you are going for ( standard /infinity) but I signed up yesterday via the Uswitch site without any problems. In addition they are giving £165 in incentives rather than £125 (unlimited infinity)

Don't forget that some of us on certain exchanges have no choice but to use BT !!

BT Internet are not the only choice on a BT line, even if there are no LLU providers present in the exchange.

I've been with BT for years without any problems, except trying to get BT sport to work with my Chromecast.
