I'm trying to order this online and having problems hopefully someone can help me.
I'm going through the order process online and i get to the page headed BT Mobile Sim only and it's giving me the option to select a bt mobile 20gb plan. I don't want this as i already have bt mobile sim only. It won't let me go on to the next page unless I select it though. Anyone got any ideas?

Save yourself lots and lots of future headaches and get out quick !!
Have a look at PlusNet.

As above that PN are probably going to be better but apart from that it seems you are in the wrong section of the site. Start at http://www.productsandservices.bt.com/products/broadband-packages I just tried this for my phone and postcode and could get through to ordering without any issues.0

I know BT's customer service is ****. I've discovered that over the last day or so trying to deal with them. Trouble is I'd really like to cast BT sport to my TV via chromecast0

Plusnet is OWNED by BT.

On 30 January 2007 Plusnet was acquired by BT Group, but it continues to operate as a separate business.
P.S I'm with Plusnet.0 -
Not sure which broadband you are going for ( standard /infinity) but I signed up yesterday via the Uswitch site without any problems. In addition they are giving £165 in incentives rather than £125 (unlimited infinity)0
