I've given up ~ wanted to order about £14 of stuff, the postage was £19 however much I tried to fiddle with it.Frodo: I wish the ring had never come to me. I wish none of this had happened.

Thanks op. Just worked for me, had to delete everything at first, then I added some luggage for 49.99 then the wrapping paper I wanted. At this point delivery was still £12.95, I then deleted the luggage and the postage disappeared plus,a random 88p discount. So I got 5 roll of wrap and a santa stop here sign for £5.37. Thanks0

Been on their site today, tried to order 10 rolls of wrapping paper & some tree lights, the postage charge would have been £12.95 (the order itself came to less than that) so I rang them, had a little light moan & the chap I was speaking to took my order online & refunded me the postage.

Oooo....just checked, they've refunded me everything, including the cost of the items I've bought. The chap I spoke to said that there is a glitch on the website, which puts a lot of items through at medium sized parcel postage cost.Frodo: I wish the ring had never come to me. Can't get this to work at all... they may have fixed the glitch by now...0

OK, that didn't work for me earlier, so I went away and sulked, and just now I tried again and it worked without the faff of adding stuff to get up to £50 and then removing it.
It seemed to be the "clear acrylic water drops" that caused the delivery charge to disappear. Some other items, such as ťhe foil wrapping paper, made it come back but when I removed that from my basket the delivery charge left with it. Well, it'd probably have got crumpled by next year anyway.
And there was a large extra discount automatically applied on a lot of the products as well.
So all in all I'm extremely chuffed. Thanks, OP.

What was the the extra discount?
I ordered 5 icing bags with 2 Xmas decorations which caused the delivery charge to disappear.
Total paid £50
