Coop Final Bill

Anyone who left the Coop to go on Eon's collective tariff received a final bill and a refund of their credit from the Coop?


I've phoned them and was told it would be sent in a few days, that was 2 weeks ago.


At least I'm only £3 odds in credit.


Even paying the cancelation fee and taking into account the £30 cashback, I've so far gained £3.34 over what I would have paid to the Coop.

It took me eleven weeks, several snotty e-mails, a formal complaint and a reference to the Ombudsman to get my £200 back from Scottish Power when I left them

I got my final bill from the Co-op just over 4 weeks after my switch was complete, in November this year. The balance refund hit my bank account a couple of days later.
