What on earth has being pregnant got to do with anything. You don't suddenly become incapacitated at 5 months pregnant.

They couldn't do it, and suggested you go to another store. I've waited at my local store for the one available fitter too, it's not a big deal, neither is googling for directions. Unless being pregnant means you can't wait, or google, or feel people should pander to you're every whim...

Rampant Recycler I've been Money Tipped!
I had looked around on google for somewhere else near my work to go but they weren't open when I left work.

My car is a C1 and it's fairly straightforward to change, seeing as it took the guy at the branch near my house less than 5 minutes to do both. I had told the other branch my model of car, but he flat-out said nobody could do it.

...Exactly, which is why I didn't mention it and thought it was stupid when a guy I worked with told me to include it in my complaint.

There wasn't an available fitter at this store and I had NO IDEA where the other one was. Unfortunately due to me running out of mobile data I couldn't even google it on my phone (all my other googling was at work), and I had asked him if he could tell me where it was.

I definitely don't think people should pander to my every whim, I just don't think this was a completely unreasonable request.

It can be a big deal to "google for directions". Not everybody has a data package for their mobile phone.

eta. OP beat me to that with their response. I think this Halfords should have provided directions to the next branch.

However you may find it more difficult to twist, turn and bend every which way, in order to get access to the headlight bulb.

No one suggested she fit the bulb herself. I cannot access mine as they're ridiculously placed.

Actually they did. Check post #2.

I was speaking more regarding myself, I did not suggest it personally, therefore it had no relevance to my post

However, being pregnant does not a trained staff member make, and the sooner people stop using it as a reason to be treated differently for things which have no bearing (such as seats on a bus, using a loo) the better.

I know the OP didnt mention it in her complaint, but the very fact she brought it up in the thread means she thinks it may matter.

I don't think you know a lot about pregnancy. ;)
