First time to possibly have a car insurance claim

Had a wee incident last night, bottom line is I have to get two doors sprayed on someone else's car.
I have 10+ year protected ncb, yearly premium is about £200.
Damage is about £200-300, a third party claim on my insurance wouldn't incur an excess.
Trying to decide whether to tell her to put it through the insurance or settle it in cash.
Any thoughts? Any idea of how a small claim like that might affect my premium. There's also the risk she might put in a whiplash claim on my insurance anyway.

You can find out how a claim will affect your premium by doing dummy quotes online with and without the claim in the history
Then decide on what action to ask the other side to take
Though if an injury compensation claim looks on the horizon leave it to the insurers to resolve0 -
I'd put it through insurance personally. Saves any potential headaches later. Especially if they want personal injury money or a hire car.
It will affect future premiums but still potentially cheaper in the long runAll your base are belong to us.0
