Has anyone else on the forum had dealings with them?
I have found their customer service to be appauling.
Basically, without getting too deep into it, I was requesting some information on my recent booking which I would have thought would be very straight forward for a company who deals with hotels, travel etc.
I have tried emailing them directly, using there webpage based email page with my query, phoned several numbers I have found (where I was on hold most of the time and then when I did get through to someone they passed me to another department which couldnt help me..) and I have even resorted to messaging their facebook and twitter page, where they have responded by saying it is being dealt with.
It has been over a month now since my first contact with last minute about the issue (17th November)
I have even resorted to writing them a letter which I posted last Friday and have also sent a complaint to the consumer ombudsman.
I am really frustrated with this whole ordeal and I feel like nobody is listening and I am getting nowhere with it.
Does anyone have any further advice on who I should contact and also does anyone know typically how long it would take for the ombudsman to reply to my complaint ?
Thanks

I think it has all gone downhill since being purchased by Bravofly

Lastminute.com are going the same way as laterooms. They were both the main companies people used for bookings ten years ago but they've now been overtaken by the competition eg booking.com.
I wouldn't be surprised if they've both not gone bust in five years.0
