I have absolute praise for John Lewis, I bought a Samsung tv February 2011 it run very good till my screen went in July 2015, phone John Lewis up and they sent somebody the next day they confirmed that the screen needed replacing, two days later a fitter came with a new screen. In December 2015 the tv kept switching of and on and I had to retune the tv, phone up John Lewis again and somebody came out the very next day and said the board had gone and they could not get another board, John Lewis phone me up and supplied me with a new tv. Hows that for service, I wish all customer service was as good.:T:T:T:T:T

You have fared better than us. Our TV, barely 6 months old, would not work, no problems, they offered a replacement, out of stock. Waited a few days before ringing again, in the meantime decided to upgrade a bit, no problem, so I thought. The order was placed, extra money paid, invoice by email received,, we waited and waited for the call re delivery. Finally after Christmas gave then a call only to be told that the order had not been set up properly and we have to wait till Jan 7th for delivery. A bit galling as we paid for next day delivery on the original order. Then... Got 2 automatic calls confirming different delivery dates! Oh well, back to the call centre, I think this will make at least 7 different people we have spoken to about this matter.
