I'd love to join again as I found the 2015 challenge so helpful, the problem is we have so many uncertainty's for 2016 I've no idea what target to set! Amongst other things we want 2016 to be the year we move home which will mean more than doubling our mortgage  whilst we still would like to overpay, I don't know what we'll be allowed to OP and because of the massive increase to our mortgage, it will mean our monthly payments substantially increasing.
I'm going to set a target of £4000 but fully anticipate this may need to be adjusted up or down as the year progresses.New House... New Mortgage! February 2017: £144,000

Yippee! Being a non spreadsheet whizz I loved looking at the 2015 one and am v excited to continue on the 2016 journey!
Please can I retain #5 and I will aim to keep my regular (and hard for me to fund) £256 a month so a total of £3,072 in 2016. Presuming interest rates rise that will increase the pressure to keep me on track too.
Thanks for all the work in 2015 and thanks in advance for 2016Original mortgage 185k. 2003
