BarclayCard & Amex Credit Limits

Just received both my Barclaycard & Amex credit card statements and they have increased my limits. £25k & £37,500 respectively.
My question is this bad for my credit rating having high limits on the cards?
I don't use the Barclaycard ever.
Any advice would be helpful. I've read the guide but it just refers to what % you are using.

Another % is (available credit)/(income).
Unless your income £100K+, IMHO it's bad to have that high limits.0
