Bank Accounts Advice Needed

Charity_Trust
We are a charity, run entirely by volunteer Trustees which has around £800k in cash which has built up over the last few years and this is expected to grow a bit over the next few years.
We wish to keep most or all of this in cash, but because of credit risk, we would like to hold no more than £200k with any group of financial institutions. Many only offer accounts for individuals etc. Can anybody suggest a few interest-bearing accounts, suitable for a Charitable Trust and preferably with online access where we could diversify our cash into while still earning an acceptable rate (currently we get 1.0% with instant access)
