we have a Netgear WN3000RP wireless router. It stopped working and we reset to factory settings. Now nothing happens at all. How can we test if the wireless router is faulty. We do get a connection light but that is all. Can anyone help please.

Have you tried E Mailing Netgear's Help line. Is there a Wi Fi connection line appearing on your router. The problem could be there is no connection between your hub and wireless router0

After you factory reset it did you go through the initial setup routine you followed when you first got it?

I had this Netgear model and even after a factory reset it gave up the ghost. It did last just under 3 years. I would not purchase the same model again there are other brands available.0
