MARMITE personalised jar for Christmas. Not here after 5 weeks & it's down to YODEL!

Me and my daughter BOTH ordered these. I ordered one for my brother, and she ordered one for her boyfriend. (Me on 15th Nov, and her on 17th Nov.) Neither one has come. We contacted them by phone after 3 weeks (8th December) and they said sorry, and said the jars would be redone and sent to us, and would arrive within a week. 22 December: still NOTHING.

Really fed up.

Has anyone else ordered one (or more?) And did you receive it?

We are now assuming they are not going to come because it has been 5 weeks since the first ones were ordered and 2 weeks since the second ones were supposedly sent out!

Very disappointed with Marmite. POOR service!

They are advertising it on facebook, and saying LAST CHANCE to order to get it for Christmas! YEAH RIGHT!

Edited to add: Yep I found out today that it was YODEL.

Marmite claim that the first one was delivered to my house and was signed for by a MR HANLEY. No-one of that name has ever lived here, and we still do not have the item.

I have heard and read a LOT of awful things about YODEL.

It seems that the reason for non-delivery is down to them, moreso than Marmite!

Still peed off though!

I'll admit that mine was a little slower than expected but not that bad, I think it was 7-10 days delivered by Yodel if that helps at all?
