MSE please help me - I've been blocked

I've had some computer issues today and I've had to reboot my modem several times. Now I've been blocked from accessing MSE!
I've tried the email address on the block message, but it just bounces back as undeliverabe.
I've logged in on 4g to post this message.
Please can you get me unblocked, I'd be so grAteful!
