So I heard back from them 1st thing yesterday morning. They advised that I was eligible for the offer and that I had to call customer services. Which I did. I've now upgraded my Freedom Rewards credit card to the Barclaycard Cashback card.
They did mention that it may take a few working day for the upgrade to be complete. But as it Christmas I'm expecting it to be completed after the New Year.0
