    I have come to set a little challenge for June...

    Currently we are on total for the year

    £3647.47....

    Can we see as a collective we can end the month with £3900...

    Apologies for being late with May -- birthdays followed by health issues are not ideal :(

    However I have saved £134.16 into my VSP during May, but spent £800. £800 - £134.16 = £665.84 so -£665.84 is my declaration for May, please let me know if I've calculated incorrectly :o

    I don't expect June to be any better because this month has the joy of car insurance being more expensive than the old car :eek: that said I am hoping I won't need to use the VSP, and will be doing my best not to touch savings at all. It may mean money destined to go into savings may not get paid this month but surely this is not as bad as reducing my savings balance? :think:

    My fingers are crossed for you Selene, I have updated the spreadsheet, added the £134.16 then took away the £800 and yes your calculation is correct.

    Dont worry about spending the VSP you are doing well, and just think if you didnt have the VSP you would have to have used credit or defaulted on something else, so all good in the long run...
