Thanks Westie. I thought I had the beginning of April figure when I totted up, but it must have been the end of March. Sorry again.

I think I will stick to one update a month so I (hopefully) don't mix the figures up again.

No bother, whatever way is easier for you, the spreadsheet adds it all up, if you do weekly transfers, when you send the money, send the update sheet, or once a month log into your account and add up all the transfers in and send that total to me....

its a work in progress till you find the way that works for you.

I do this and it makes things easier for me personally

I keep staring at my bank balance not quite believing what it's telling me :eek: Apparently my total saved in April is £400... not sure how I saved this much especially while I was £200 short this month. Though most of it is refunds shuffled straight to savings instead of being frittered away

the spreadsheet total has gone a bit funny with my total! i transferred over £2.30 and have £108.49 in my account, but it is missing from my total! will just update first payment for May just now

Checked the figures declared for April, and I have
£69.08
£9.29

Plus May first payment of £2.30 brings your total to £109.59 slightly out on what you have :-)

Thank you Westie and hummingbird I'm very lucky to pay a pittance for rent at the moment so I'm trying to save as much as possible while my outgoings are low -- and most of April's VSP was free money which helped
