Been juggling my bank accounts and now setting up TSB as my sole account, will keep it up as high as I can around the £1500 amount as I earn 5% interest on it (got big payment from my parents start of April which will do this) and then I've set up the save the change facility so it will go to a saving account where I get 1% and my sealed and virtual pot money will go in there too once my 5% account is boosted up to £1500. I know 1% isn't a lot but better than nothing isn't it which is what I'd have if it was all sat in a pot in the lounge. Hope you don't mind me putting this on here but it helps me to write it down iykwim - I'm not very good with figures!

Anyhow, got £9.22 (added to spreadsheet) back from the bank as I told them I'm not earning enough to pay tax so they've credited it with the amount I've over paid plus added £3 on for some chicken eggs I sold!! All helps doesn't it.

Nothing from me today - I made a mistake budget-wise and put myself overdrawn! I never go overdrawn! Luckily I had just set up a new emergency fund and the little I had in there is enough to put me back in the black. So until payday in 10 days, I'm treading water!

In my defence, I was a bit too keen to get rid of this blasted credit card so not only paid this month's bill, but tried to pay part of next month's bill too, but I was on budgeted money. Doh. I can't even say it was because I was busy having fun :(

Sorry but for various reasons I am going to come out of the Virtual Pot challenge - you can give my number to someone else.

    Many thanks.
