Terms and Conditions

1. Open to residents of the U.K and Channel Islands only
2. Competition is only open to those aged 18 or over
3. Closing date for the competition to win a two night stay at the Summer Lodge Country House Hotel is Monday 21st March 2016
4. A winner will be picked at random from all entries received on or before Monday 21st March 2016
5. Winners will be notified within 21 days of the closing date by either email or letter.
6. The prize winners' name will be available after 18th April 2016. Send a SAE to: Visit Dorset Tourism Team, West Dorset District Council, South Walks House, South Walks, Dorchester, Dorset DT1 1UZ
7. The prize includes:
   - A two-night stay either midweek or weekend subject to availability. Prize package includes two nights accommodation with breakfast and use of the spa facilities on both days plus dinner at the Summer Lodge on one evening (subject to availability and excluding all drinks).
   - The two night stay to be taken at a mutually convenient time to be agreed with the Summer Lodge Hotel. Some blackout dates including Christmas, New Year and Bank Holiday weekends apply.
8. Prize must be redeemed before 31st March 2017
9. One entry per household
10. There is no cash alternative
11. The prize is non transferable and non refundable
12. Promoter's decision is final and in the event of a dispute, no correspondence will be entered into.
13. Competition is not open to employees of West Dorset District Council/Weymouth & Portland Borough Council or Red Carnation Hotels.
14. By taking part in this competition, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Any break of these terms and conditions by the winner may result in the forfeiture of the prize.
