Are there any websites where you can see which seats in theatre are still available, rather than be given the 'best available' options?
I've bought 2 tickets for Lord of the Dance for my Mum & Dad, but now need to go with them. Trying to find a seat for myself as close as possible.
I'm going to try & ring box office tomorrow, but not sure if it's one of these call centre type ones or at the theatre itself.
Thanks

The Playhouse Theatre website seems to do what you want.
http://www.playhousetheatrelondon.com/
Select the date you want and then it shows you a list of the seats that are available e.g. Upper Circle A15, F11 etc and shows you a plan of the seating so you can work out where they are.0 -
It does, but if I put the same performance into Lastminute.com it comes up with different seats available...Now proud Mumto3 :j0

A lot of theatres will have some seats which they are selling directly and other which have been allocated to sellers such as last minute or ticketmaster. You would have to check each site seprately for availability, although if you call the box office directly and specifcally ask about the seats next to your parents they may be able to tell you who that block of seats is allocated to.
alternatively, you may be able to return your paretns tickets and buy 3 together - there may be a small admin cost. Although most theatres will sell tickets as non returnable if you explain the situation and what you are trying to do, they may be willing to be flexibleAll posts are my personal opinion, not formal advice Always get proper, professional advice (particularly about anything legal!)0
