TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The prize includes: two economy return flights with Qantas from London to Proserpine via Sydney; five nights’ accommodation at Coral Sea Resort for two people sharing one Coral Sea Spa Suite, daily cooked breakfast 7 course degustation dinner with matching wines on one night in the award winning Clipper Restaurant; three nights’ accommodation at Club Croc Hotel, Airlie Beach for two people sharing, light continental breakfast daily for two adults, late Check out (12.00pm), 2 Days standard size vehicle hire - supplied by Avis Australia; Three night’s accommodation at Toscana Village Resort, ocean view daily serviced apartment including 2 course breakfast daily; Three nights’ accommodation at the Reef View Hotel for two people sharing, including buffet breakfast daily, two full day passes to Dine or Snorkel the Great Barrier Reef with Explore, Hamilton Island. Return Hamilton Island airport/marina to hotel shuttle transfers. The prize has an approximate market value of £8267.

2. Prize terms and conditions: The prize must take place by 30 November, 2016. Flights must be booked by 1 August, 2016 and are subject to availability. Dates available for travel: 25 February – 14 March, 12 April – 1 May, 03 May – 24 May, 8 June – 14 July, 6 September – 20 October (*Accommodation blackout dates Coral Sea Resort 5 March – 28 March, 17 September – 3 October; Club Croc Hotel 24 March – 11 April 19 -25 September; Island Getaway Holiday Park 24 March – 11 April, 24 June – 11 July, 3 November – 6 November; Hamilton Island 20 August – 26 August). Cruise Whitsundays’ Great Barrier Reef Adventure valid until 30 June 2016 (not valid during Australian peak holiday periods). Sunsail Whitsundays’ overnight sailing trip available 25 February – 22 March, 2 April – 24 June, 11 July – 14 September, 16 October – 30 November. Air Whitsundays’ Reef Adventure available 25 February- 24 March, 11 April – 30 November. Ocean Rafting valid until 30 November. Whitsunday Jetski Tours valid until 30 November. Tallship Adventures valid until 30 November. Cruise Whitsundays is valid until 30 June. Standard amendment and cancellation fees apply.

3. The prize must be taken within the validity period (before 30 November, 2016) or the prize will be forfeited.

4. Travel, meals and beverages other than those stated in clause 1, travel to and from the airport and any other additional expenditure are the responsibility of the prize winner.

5. The winner is responsible for organising his or her own travel insurance.

6. The winner is responsible for organising valid passports and for securing any necessary visas or complying with any other regulations.

7. Closing date for entries is 31 January, 2016. The winner will be chosen at random, from all correct entries received by the closing date. The winner will be notified within 14 days of closing by Tourism and Events Queensland. If the winner cannot be contacted within 30 days, an alternative winner may be chosen.

8. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. No cash alternative is available. Tourism and Events Queensland reserves the right to provide an alternative prize of smaller value should the specified prize become available for any reason.
