sold a few items over the weekend

sent them off this morning via myhermes and have had 3 messages from the buyers saying that will it arrive by christmas as they are for presents ?

i said i have sent them off so its out of my hands as i offer free postage and use the cheapest option

hopefully all will arrive and i wont get disappointed people claiming i have ruined there christmas :rotfl:

It's the defects for late that currently worry me!

I was just talking to someone on a different forum who is still selling and who is worried about defects and late marks on ebay and suggested that she send a message for every sale with a cut and paste of the ebay estimated delivery time. She has 2 day dispatch 2nd class and ebay show that as being between 29th Dec- 4th January which seems very fair.

Dropped My Hermes parcel shop parcel off Saturday lunch time and it was delivered today. So you never know. Had a buyer message me since end of last week as worried over My Hermes parcel not getting there in time. Thankfully that was delivered today.

I stopped selling on Thursday last week to avoid all this hassle.

Hermes have been quick this last week, but their official cut off for drop-off points was 18th.
