Using the same bank to switch for bonuses

Couple months ago I created a Santander Current account purely just to switch to First Direct and get the £150 bonus.
I'm interested in switching to Halifax for their £100 bonus. I tried to make a HSBC and there seems to be problems and taking a while (not sure why as my FD and M&S account was created very quick and easy).
So I was thinking, as creating the Santander account was pretty quick, could I create another Santander acc just to switch from them again? Would there be any problems creating it as I've left recently?
