I had an item delivered but the wrong colour was sent out. I called the company and they eventually arranged to send the correct colour and arrange to pick up the old item. I received the new item but the delivery driver refused to take the old item as he had not been informed. It is over 6 months now and still no one has come to pick up the goods. I'm wondering where I stand now, how long am reasonably I expected to wait for them to pick up the goods?

Have you made any contact with the seller since?

Did you contact them and tell them what the delivery driver said.


Ring them and see what they say, if they say 'dispose of it' ask them to email you so you have proof.


But they do have, as said above' 6 years to chase you for the goods or the payment.
