Warning! TERRAVISION London-Gatwick Airport - Disservice Expenses Claim

hi all, bad experience at start of holiday - nearly missed my flight thanks to TERRAVISION 03:20 Bayswater-Gatwick - service denied. Was at stated place with ticket in hand 10mins early.

  1. Driver (in Epsom Coaches branded coach with Terravision-Gatwick shown on front destination display) refused to open closed door to allow boarding and drove off.
  2. Terravision RTN £12 tickets booked online +printouts present.
Have requested Expenses £30.30 = Taxi-Victoria Train Station £15 + Gatwick Express £15.30.

Terravision Customer Services offer £12 Terravision voucher (of no use to me and have no intention of using this company ever again).

What's the fastest least hassle way to get expenses refunded? I understand this is classed as DISSERVICE under Terravision T&C.

    But according to their T&C's (something that you tick a box to state that you have read), 10 minutes isn't early enough.
    Passengers must be at the stop at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time on the date of departure.

  • Received Acknowledgement from Terravision of Disservice with offer of £12 voucher valid for 6 months. Under Terravision T&C Disservice = Refund.

    Their terms say
    Terravision is not liable for losses, damages or costs incurred by passengers due to service delays or cancellations.

    You will struggle to get any cash out of them. I had a complaint previously on their Stansted service. It was like talking to a brick wall.
