Marco’s Great British Gala Dinner. You will have two seats at this unique event on 22nd Jan at the Cinnamon Grand Colombo with the

Menu personally selected by Marco Pierre White and prepared by his own Executive Chef who is flying down to Sri Lanka as well.

Opening Pre-dinner cocktail where guests will be able to mingle with Marco as well as have a photo opportunity and meet & greet. As well as meeting Colombo’s British community and elite VIPs.

6 course meal (will include Marco’s favourite dishes, mostly British food) paired with the best wines. Marco will be speaking at the dinner about his culinary journey and he will also explain the story and inspiration behind some of the dishes.

There will be a Scottish Single Malt tasting after dinner.

Present at the dinner will be the British High Commissioner to Sri Lanka.
