Horrible experience from MyHermes

I usually use Collect Plus (without issues) but had to use MyHermes due to a longer parcel.
Took 10 days for the first real delivery attempt to be made, and packaging arrived heavily damaged. Item was delivered 6 miles from where I live.
Tracking on the website was completely random (dates in wrong order), and there was a gap of 4 days between the alleged first delivery attempt (no card left) and the second successful one.
Tried to contact them via online chat. Was number 140, so waited about 20 minutes, just for the chat to be closed when it was my turn.
Worst parcel company I have used, will never use again.
