Ppi claim after IVA completed
Options
Hi, I've had a IVA and it was completed nearly 3 years ago. It was with Grant Thornton but the ppi claims are still ongoing through now 2 companies recommended by Grant Thornton. The ppi claims were started within the IVA (last 2 years), just getting the feeling I am getting the run around from GT and are the refunds going to my now paid creditors or will I get some of it back ? Need advice as to what to next?
Kind regards

Hi Wilson and welcome to the forum.
The long and short of this scenario is that you are unlikely to have any say in how that PPI is pursued or where it ends up. Any proceeds are likely to be absorbed entirely by the IVA supervisor's costs and any dividends they are able to distribute to your creditors. I'm not sure you will see any of the money unless GT are able to settle the debts plus their costs in full, and still have some surplus left over.
I would plan for life without any refunds, and treat any that you do get as an unexpected bonus.
