Satisfied mortgage account with AP marker

Hello all,
I was looking for some advice regarding the possible effect on my CR file with Equifax.
I was made BR in 2009 and it drops off my CRF's in 2 days I have checked them all and on my Equifax file it shows my mortgage account as satisfied and reports AP as of June 2010.
I have written to them to request they report it as of the date of my bankruptcy but they are refusing to do this as they state it wasn't part of my BR....even though they tried to take possession of it prior to the BR, therefore acknowledging there was an issue, default.
What is the possible effect to my CRF? What will any possible creditor see regarding the account? Will they see that it is a fully paid up mortgage? Is this worth pursuing to get it changed?
Thanks for any info.
I have posted this in the BR forum as well, sorry for any repetition.
