    That could be said for paid staff as well, BUT I managed in every job I have worked in to understand fire safety instructions and I am TRAINED in inductions BTW


    !!!!!! even the 82 year old volunteer that started with me this week understood the fire and safety induction


    So what is it is it???


    They don't even tell people the basics like how to get out incase of a fire.

    Or in your case just another excuse to have a go at work placement
