I've just bought a Connect 8" tablet from Tesco.
I've pesonalised it, by installing Classic Shell and Google Chrome.
The one thing still annoying me, is the tiles on the Desktop.
Can I remove/hide them?

Sounds like you maybe have tablet mode on. Turn it off - http://www.windowscentral.com/how-force-tablet-mode-windows-100
